   Certificates will be issued only to students who complete all required assignments, projects, and assessments within the stipulated course duration.
5. Code of Conduct
   Learners are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards mentors and fellow participants. Any disruptive or unethical behavior may lead to removal from the course without a refund.
6. Use of Materials
   All course content, including videos, documents, and project files, are the intellectual property of Tech Nest Academy. Reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
7. Placement Assistance
   Placement support is offered as a value-added service and does not guarantee employment. Students must actively participate in the placement process to benefit.
8. Changes to Courses
   Tech Nest Academy reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, mentors, or pricing when necessary to maintain quality and relevance.
